Every programme begins with a detailed consultation with the Ayurvedic doctor, who assesses each guest’s body constitution, health concerns and wellness goals before creating a personalized treatment plan.

The programme is offered at different levels depending on the duration of stay. The Detox Starter (5–7 Days) provides a gentle introduction to Panchakarma through traditional therapies, herbal support and Ayurvedic nutrition. The Classic Panchakarma (14 Days) incorporates preparatory therapies, personalized cleansing procedures, Kerala Ayurvedic treatments, daily consultations, therapeutic meals, yoga and lifestyle guidance. The Total Transformation (21 Days) provides a more comprehensive Ayurvedic rejuvenation journey following classical Panchakarma principles, with advanced therapies, continuous physician guidance, wellness activities and post-treatment support.
