The treatment process focuses on removing toxins and purifying the whole body to attain proper balance between Vata, Pitta and Kapha, based on Panchakarma and Swedakarma treatment principles. Available as 8 and 15-day packages, the process begins with:
- Snehana Karma (Oil Therapy): Therapy using oil and ghee preparations
- Swedana Karma (Sudation Therapy): Inducing sweating through Njavarakizhi, Pizhichil, Elakizhi and steam baths.
It also includes body massages, Snehapanam, Nasyam, Virachanam (Medicated purgative), Snehavasthi, Dhara, Pizhichil, Njavarakizhi, Karnapooranam, Tharpanam, Sirovasthi, steam bath as well as appropriate internal herbal medicines.
