A gentle introduction to the Amara experience, Relax & Renew is designed to help guest's step away from everyday stress and restore balance to the body and mind. The programme combines therapeutic Ayurvedic treatments, nourishing meals and yoga to ease fatigue and promote overall well-being. Medicated oil massages help improve circulation, relieve muscular tension and encourage deep relaxation, while the retreat's peaceful surroundings provide the ideal setting to unwind, recharge and feel rejuvenated.

Nestled in the green hills of Kovalam, Kerala, Amara Ayurveda Retreat is a boutique Ayurvedic wellness destination spread across 2.5 acres, overlooking the Western Ghats. Its eco-conscious architecture — built with rammed earth, locally sourced materials and reclaimed clay tiles — houses an open-air yoga and meditation centre with views towards the Agasthya Hills. Every stay begins with a consultation and assessment by the Ayurvedic doctors, who tailor personalized programmes spanning relaxation, beauty care, rejuvenation, stress management, Panchakarma, weight management and chronic ailment care. Guests dine on an Ayurvedic diet menu tailored to each dosha, and can extend their stay with Kovalam beach visits, backwater excursions and local cultural experiences.
How to reach
Airways Connectivity
Trivandrum International Airport is the nearest airport, approximately 20 km from Amara Ayurveda Retreat, with a road journey of around 30–40 minutes. Airport transfers can be arranged, and are included for qualifying seven-night-and-longer packages according to the current tariff.Railway Connectivity
Thiruvananthapuram Central Railway Station, approximately 18 km away, is the nearest major railway station. It is well connected with major cities across India, after which guests can continue to the retreat by taxi or private transfer.Roadway Connectivity
Amara is well connected by road with Thiruvananthapuram city, Kovalam and other parts of Kerala. Guests can travel by private car, taxi or chauffeur-driven vehicle. Its location makes it convenient to combine an Ayurvedic retreat with time at Kovalam's beaches and nearby attractions.- Check-in: 14:00 hrs and Check-out: 12:00 Noon.

- One of the Room Category in Amara Ayurveda Retreat contains AC other one dosen't. Ayur Earth Villa don't have AC in their rooms while Premium Earth Villa have AC in their rooms.
Cancellation Policy:
- 6 Jan - 29 Feb: 75% of the total amount will be refunded only if cancelled 30 days prior to arrival.
- 1 Apr - 30 Sept: 75% of the total amount is refunded only if cancelled 14 days prior to arrival.
- 1 Oct -19 Dec & 1 - 31 Mar: 75% of the total amount will be refunded only if cancelled 30 days prior to arrival.
- 20 Dec - 5 Jan: No refund on cancellation at all.
