The Santani Recovery Program is a fully customized healing programme designed for guests recovering from surgery, cancer, heart attack, stroke or emotional trauma, with the goal of helping them restore a healthier and more balanced life.
The programme combines personalized dietary support, herbal medication, appropriate detoxification, yoga, meditation and daily therapeutic treatments according to the guest’s individual condition and recovery needs.
The package requires a minimum stay of 5 nights, and guests are required to check in by 2:00 PM on the day of arrival to begin the programme.
Inclusions
• Doctor consultation with body-type analysis and goal-setting
• Full-board, personalized diet and recovery-specific herbal medication
• Detox as needed
• 90 minutes of group yoga and meditation per day, with personal sessions arranged as needed
• 90 minutes of spa treatments per day, which may include Abhyangam, Shirodhara, Takradhara, Uro Vasti and Nasyam
• Daily group Hatha Yoga and meditation sessions
• Access to spa facilities including sauna, steam room and thermal salt water bath
• Guided group nature walks
• Unlimited fresh juices and herbal tea
• Lifestyle discussions and healthy living guidance

How to reach
Airways Connectivity
Bandaranaike International Airport (CMB), Colombo is the main international airport for reaching Santani Wellness Kandy, located approximately 125 km from the retreat. The journey takes around 3.5–4 hours by road. Guests can also travel by seaplane from Bandaranaike International Airport to Digana Golf Course or Polgolla Mahawali River, followed by an approximately 45-minute drive to the retreat.Railway Connectivity

Santani Wellness Kandy is located in the tranquil mountains of Aratenna, approximately 32 km from Kandy city. The retreat is around 1 hour by road from Kandy. Guests arriving from Bandaranaike International Airport can travel either via Kurunegala using the Central Expressway or via the Kandy-Colombo Road. The journey from the airport to Santani takes approximately 3.5–4 hours by road.- Only published rates should be mentioned in all instances where property is featured as a standalone product in your marketing communications such as web, brochures, flyers, newsletters etc.
- Rates are inclusive of service charge and Government Tax. All taxes are subject to change and it will be notified by us at the earliest.
Children:
- Santani’s concept has always attracted travelers seeking restful and relaxing holidays in an undisturbed
atmosphere with maximum privacy. All our guests appreciate the peace and harmony at Santani and recognize the resort as the perfect setting in which to rejuvenate.
- The mountain top location and the open architecture do not provide safety for children in all areas of the hotel premises and inside the room.
- Taking into consideration the concept of the hotel and safety for children, we are compelled to discourage children below 12 years of age.
- Children over 12 years of age will be allowed, and should be accommodated in a separate room as extra beds cannot be accommodated in rooms.
- When travelling with children, reservations staff should be informed by the booking party at the time of making the reservation.
Santani accepts booking only on 100% advance payment. As a special consideration the customer can pay 20% to AyurUniverse and reserve. The customer will a receive a payment link for the remaining payment from Sananti as per the schedule below.
1) 80% balance payment if the booking is within 30 days to confirm the booking.
2) 30% of the package amount if the booking is before 30 days and the remaining 50% payment 30 days prior to arrival.
