Kairali’s Ayurvedic treatments for diabetes range from simple oral medications to some purification and massage treatments like Thakaradhara, Pizhichil, Abhyangam and diet planning based on the necessity of the condition. A lot of emphasis is also given on yoga and physical fitness. The Ayurveda consultants at the resort plan individualized diets that help the guests lead a low stress level in life. This will eventually help to maintain a healthy glucose level in the body. The resort also provides free ayurvedic cooking class sessions so that guests can maintain their diet even after they return home and stay diabetes free.
