This program specially focuses on people who are obese and want to loose excess weight and improve their overall health. This helps to balance cholesterol level and abdominal fat deposit in the body. The program uses external and internal treatments together and focuses specially on diet. Internal cleansing of body is done during the treatment. Organic and easily digestible food are served to patients so that the digestive system is well maintained. External treatments include body oil treatments, udwarthana, udgarshanam, shirodhara, dhanyamala dhara, virechanam etc.
