Somatheeram’s Rejuvenation Programme is designed for relaxation and revitalization and is particularly suitable for guests who are experiencing Ayurveda for the first time. The programme combines traditional Ayurvedic rejuvenation therapies with yoga, meditation, herbal medicines and a personalized Ayurvedic diet.
The core therapies include full-body Abhyanga massage and Shirodhara, supported by medicated steam baths, herbal medicines and soothing herbal face masks. Treatments are provided for approximately 90 minutes to 2 hours per day, depending on the programme.
